  1. In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients for pancake and mix well. Keep aside at least for 15 mins. (refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight for best results)
  2. In a non-stick pan add 1/2 tsp butter and spread evenly. Pour a ladle and half and cook on medium flame.
  3. When buubles appear, add 1/2 tsp butter on the top and flip gently to cook the other side.
  4. Remove after 2-3 mins. Repeat with the others. Makes 4-5 pancakes. Then stack them in your serving plate and top as you like.
  5. Serve with coffee, Nutella, cream, fruits, nuts, anything you like!
